Shura: the hybrid committee
The committee is made up of volunteer experts selected by application and a verifier AI. The AI tests and reports; people decide.
1. Discovery & submission
The research engine and the community propose hypotheses.
2. Verifier AI
Reproduces numbers; checks grammar, roots, chance and overreach.
3. Human committee
Experts vote independently, declare conflicts of interest and write reasons.
4. Publication
Approved discoveries are published in two languages, separating what is verified from interpretation.
Approval conditions
- ◆At least 3 independent human reviews
- ◆At least 80% of votes approve
- ◆Approval from at least one expert in the relevant field
- ◆A verifier AI report must exist (not a vote)
- ◆Authors cannot review or decide on their own study
- ◆Every decision is reasoned and recorded
